Last week, we kicked off the day early with Josi and soaked in the beautiful summer sunrise. Our driving and riding area also includes a serene little quarry pond, which offers an amazing photo backdrop. The water is so calm and smooth in the morning that the sky reflects in it. Mornings are perfect for single-horse driving because Josi is a well-coordinated pro, and harnessing takes just a few minutes. Once back home, Josi gets her grain and hay, while we enjoy some rolls.
